EMPOWER+ Project Report
EMPOWER+ Project Report: An Overview of SSAC Youth Participation presents the findings of the project’s research on youth participation across the partner countries. Based on desk research, stakeholder consultations, and surveys, the report provides an overview of the challenges, opportunities, and policy landscape shaping youth engagement in Sub-Saharan Africa, laying the foundation for the development of Rural Youth Parliaments within the EMPOWER+ project.
EMPOWER+ Platform – Digital Framework and Guidelines
This deliverable presents the digital framework selected to support the project’s online collaboration and youth participation activities. The document explains why Cisco Webex was identified as the most suitable platform to facilitate virtual meetings, training sessions, stakeholder engagement, and the future Rural Youth Parliament, ensuring accessibility, security, and inclusive participation across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.
